You can cancel a Soundb Learn subscription at any time from your Account page, with no fee and no minimum term. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
This Cancellation Policy applies to Soundb Learn subscriptions sold by Meraki Recording Studio through soundb.org.

You can cancel at any time, without giving a reason and without contacting us:
If you cannot access your account, email payments@soundb.org from your registered address and we will action the cancellation for you. There is no phone-only or retention step: we do not require you to speak to anyone to cancel.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end the period you have already paid for.
Your access to paid Learn content continues until the end of the current billing period, and the subscription then lapses. No further amount is debited from your Wallet or charged to your payment method after you cancel.
The date access ends is shown on your Account page as soon as the cancellation is recorded, and we email you a confirmation.
There is no cancellation fee and no minimum commitment period. A Soundb Learn subscription is billed one period at a time and can be cancelled before any renewal.
Cancelling a subscription does not consume or forfeit your Wallet balance. Any funds remaining in your Wallet stay there and can be used for a future subscription.
If you want unspent Wallet funds returned rather than left on the account, that is a refund request — see the Refund Policy for eligibility and timelines.
We may cancel or suspend a subscription where required by law, where a payment is reversed or disputed, or where an account is being used in breach of our Terms of Use.
Where we cancel for a reason that is not your breach, we refund the unused portion of the period already paid for.
Cancelling and refunding are separate. Cancelling stops future charges; a refund returns money already taken.
