Meraki Recording Studio sells digital services only through soundb.org. Nothing is posted, couriered, or physically shipped, and no shipping charges, delivery charges, or customs duties are ever applied to an order.

This policy is published because payment providers require a delivery policy for every merchant. For a digital service, this page is that policy.

Two things can be paid for on soundb.org:

• Soundb Wallet credit — funds added to your account balance, which you then use to pay for a subscription;
• A Soundb Learn subscription — access to paid lessons, courses, and specialisations at the tier you selected, for the billing period you paid for.

Delivery is immediate. Wallet credit appears on your balance and subscription access is unlocked as soon as your payment is confirmed by our payment provider — in practice within a few seconds, and in almost all cases within 5 minutes.

Where a bank or UPI app takes longer to confirm a payment, delivery follows that confirmation. If a payment is still pending after 30 minutes, our system reconciles it automatically against the payment provider and credits your account without you having to do anything.

Everything is delivered to the Soundb account registered to the email address used at checkout. There is no separate download, activation key, or shipment to track.

Sign in at soundb.org and your Wallet balance and current plan are shown on your Account page. A tax invoice for every payment is available there as well.

If money has left your account and your Wallet balance or subscription has not updated, contact us with the payment reference and we will resolve it. There is no time limit on this and it is not treated as a refund request — see Failed & duplicate payments in our Refund Policy.

We will either credit the account correctly or return the payment in full.
